Completed in 2016, this 14,000 square foot new Middle School was completed for $155 per square foot.  The building included a Secure Entrance, Student Center, Computer Lab, Classrooms, and FEMA Tornado Shelter for 255 occupants that doubles as a Band Practice Classroom.  The Shelter was constructed utilizing insulated concrete forms and light deck which is a common shelter construction method.  We had the honor of working with local talent Terry Helvey with ICF Direct of Oklahoma who is a pioneer in the construction method.
