PRINCIPAL (COMMERCIAL)
Tim has over 25 years of architectural experience that includes an internship at Frankfurt Short Bruza, Oklahoma City; internship and project manager at Architects in Partnership, Norman; project manager and architect at Childers-Childers Architects & Associates; founding partner of Redland Architects, Ada; and president of Redland Childers Architects, Ada. He manages commercial projects with a focus on the sustainability and growth of the firm. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he received his Bachelor of Architecture in 1999.

KIMBERLY S. PRATER

PRINCIPAL (OFFICE)
Kim has over 20 years of experience with the firm in all functions of project administration and an additional 8 years of experience in accounting and administration with pervious employers. She is a founding partner of Redland Architects, Ada and secretary of Redland Childers Architects, Ada. Kim provides cohesion to the firm and manages the office with a focus on administration. Kim graduated from East Central University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1995.

FORREST J. NEAL

PRINCIPAL (RESIDENTIAL)
Forrest has over 20 years of architectural experience with single and multi-family housing projects and an additional 13 years of construction experience. He started his career in architecture by creating his own drafting company to provide single-family house plans to clients. He is a founding partner of Redland Architects, Ada and vice-president of Redland Childers Architects.

LASHUN L. HUFF

PROJECT MANAGER (INTERIORS)
Lashun has 20 years of architectural experience, beginning in 1994, which includes a 10 year break to raise her son. Her experience includes an internship with Clement+Poellot & Associates, Little Rock, Arkansas where she was a project manager. While at home with her son, she started her own interiors company. She joined Redland Childers Architects in 2014 as a project manager for commercial projects and provides expertise with interior designs. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas where she received her Bachelor of Architecture in 1997.

LARRY E. POPE

PROJECT MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION)
Following graduation from New Mexico State University, Larry built a foundation of knowledge as a tradesman while working in Alamogordo, New Mexico. During this time, he gained experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general construction, and even worked as a zookeeper for the City. In 2000, he started his own construction company where he indulged his passion of history and managed operations of Fort Stanton Historic Site in New Mexico. During his tenure at this incredible location, he developed skills in historic preservation, exhibit design & construction, public education, and relationship building. Larry recently moved to Oklahoma and has brought this varied background of experiences to architecture construction administration.

SPENCER J. TRUITT

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Spencer started with Atlantic-Meeco in 1997, a worldwide marina design and construction company, where he enjoyed several years of assisting engineers. Nearly 20 years ago, he began his journey in architecture with Childers-Childers Architects & Associates by drafting, 3D modeling, and animation for presentations. While needing to relocate his secular work to help with aging parents he was able to enjoy working with mechanical engineers at Enviro Systems to aid with complex 3D production parts and assemblies in the aviation industry. He enjoys the IT field in addition to CAD and is willing to adapt with a can-do hands-on approach for both.

EMILY CROOK ANDERSON

PROJECT MANAGER
Emily went to East Central University for pre-engineering and graduated from Oklahoma State University with an architectural engineering structures degree. Her work experience includes architectural engineering intern at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico; architectural engineering intern for Long Range Facilities Planning, Stillwater, Oklahoma; and structural engineer-in-training at Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Lubbock, Texas & Moore, Oklahoma. She joined Redland Childers Architects in 2024.
